Be cautious and attack when you get an opening. You’re likely only be level 47 or 48 by the time you reach her (if you haven’t been doing all the side content) - if you’re low level, she can kill you in only a few hits. Keep your distance and bait her into a long range jump attack, then get a heavy attack in and get away.
Nefertiti fights with dual swords, hits hard, but isn’t very aggressive.
